You Only Live Once by The Strokes. There's really no debate. I mean the video has such big balls and aspirations, it starts off with completely different Strokes song called "Ize of the World". Then it goes into some cinematic 2001: A Space Odyssey inspired movie-like production that is utterly awe inspiring. And don't forget the amazing song to go with it.
